The Walter Murphy Distric Hike is an event organised by leaders from the District. This year the location is in Ballarat. Scouts will be hiking across interesting locations and end up in the Scout Camp Pax Hill. The distance of the hike is 10km approx.
Scouts will meet at our Scout Hall at 7:00am on Saturday 5th May and pack all equipment previously prepared.
Cost $ 25 per scout (to buy food and cover registration costs).
We will need parents to assist with transport for the trip to Ballarat to the starting point of the hike on Satuday morning and for the return (pickup from Pax Hill Scout Camp, Ballarat at 2:30 PM) on Sunday.
