DESCRIPTION:The most jam-packed Scout weekend of the year!\n\nGilweroo is o
 ne of our most popular camps. The camp is run like a mini Jamboree style a
 ctivities weekend.\n\nGilweroo 2022 will see over 2\,000 Scouts come toget
 her for a weekend of activities including abseiling\, rockclimbing\, air r
 ifles\, geocaching\, flying fox\, huge parties\, zorbing and BMX biking. T
 here is something for absolutely everyone! \n\nOur Scouts will be so busy 
 having fun that we need to cater for them. Parent Helpers attend at no c
 ost (we cover the fees and food) and will not be responsible for anything 
 other than making sure everyone has enough to eat. It's also a great way t
 o spend time with your Scout!\n\nPatrol Leaders are asked to meet at the h
 all at 5:00pm to assist with trailer packing. All Scouts are to arrive at 
 5:30pm to depart no later than 6:00pm.\n\nGates open for departure after t
 he closing ceremony at 4:00pm. Please be aware that there can be some del
 ays getting off-site due to the number of vehicles.\n\nFor parents\, pleas
 e check that you have completed the following:\n\n 	Registered your vehicl
 e for parking and site access\n 	Told us and your Scout Leader about your 
 child coming late or leaving early\n 	Signed off our electronic Special Ac
 tivity Permission Form\n 	Provided approval for Air Rifle activity (12yo+ 
 in Omega Patrol only)\n 	Checked that your child's Operoo information is u
 p to date\n 	If you are staying overnight or helping during the day\, chec
