Ryder Shiraz 2013, Clare Valley SA

Clare Valley Shiraz are known for their elegance, refinement and grace. Crimson red with purple hues. Rich, fully fragrant nose, showing black currants and cassis, pepper and chocolate box assortment. Blueberries and mint follow on to the palate. Displaying dark raspberry plum flavours, black pepper and spice, supported by smooth tannins and the supple influence of gentle oak. Soundly structured, Ryder is soft and opulent before a long finish.

Ryder Cabernet Sauvignon 2012, Clare Valley SA

Good vineyards in Valley Clare make a distinct style of Cabernet Sauvignon, characterised by sweet dark berry flavours, regional mintyness and rolling velvet tannins. Deep, opaque garnet red colour. Luscious nose of dark cherry, blackberries and dark currant. Generously flavoured palate juicy fruits, logan and mulberry over a carriage of fine grained tannins, framed by a judicious trim of smooth cedary vanilla oak. The finish resolves on a swirl of lingering minty dark chocolate notes, brambles and mint. Juicy, fruity and simply delicious!

Ryder Watervale Riesling 2014, Clare Valley SA

Watervale is a district renowned for producing premium wines for over 50 years and our elevated vineyard is in the heart of this region. The elevated St Clare Vineyard has rich red loam over deep limestone to produce this distinctive Watervale Riesling. Aroma and Palate Lifted floral aromas with a delicate palate of zesty lemon and lime followed by a crisp acid finish.

Ryder Watervale Sauvignon Blanc 2012, Clare Valley SA

This wine has a fragrant bouquet of fresh cut grass and passionfruit. Ripe tropical fruit and gooseberry with a hint of spice on the palate. This crisp, herbaceous wine is best enjoyed chilled and in moderation. This cheeky little pup has everything we love about savvy. There’s plenty of passion fruits, green melons and fresh herbs on the nose, whilst the palate is crisp, clean and clear, with bracy acidity, and a crunchy parsley-like finish that would go well with some grilled fish.

Bress Sparkling Pinot Chardonnay 2013, Macedon Ranges VIC

A light golden straw with fine bead issuing from a clean sparkling flute. The wine offers a complex array of both fruit and secondary aromas of strawberry, confection and citrus complimented by yeasty and bready characters. The wine is tightly packed full of fruit and secondary flavours.  There is a creaminess that is conferred by the carbonation and gives the wine freshness, balance and a long savoury richness.
